Ludo’s executive chef

Peter brings vast international and local experience to the table, having worked in some of the finest restaurant and hotel kitchens in New Zealand, the UK, Switzerland, and as Executive Chef at the Crowne Plaza, Terrigal.

Peter also worked four years as a pastry chef at Ludo’s before purchasing the business with his wife Rita in 2016 to fulfil their dream of delivering the ultimate gourmet experience for Central Coast locals and visitors to the region.

Peter and Rita’s passion for delivering restaurant quality gourmet experiences to busy locals that they can enjoy at home or out and about is the driving force behind Ludo’s today.
